Shantala Massage is an ancient Indian technique of massage and a beautiful tool for you and baby to bond and relax together. It stimulates baby’s awareness of their body, helps regulate sleep cycles, alleviate colic and constipation symptoms, stimulates the nervous and circulatory system. Woven in into your daily ritual it allots a moment of uninterrupted connection, mindful slowing down and relaxation. Touch is one of the most powerful of human languages, especially for small babies, it’s the only language they understand. Daily practice of this massage has many benefits to both the baby and the parents.
It is trough our hands that we speak to the child. That we communicate. Touch is the child's first language, understanding comes long after feeling.
